Yes, I deliver all over the world!

Standard shipping cost with tracking number (calculate regarding to the weight of the order):

  • Spain : 2,90€ to 4,90€
  • Zone 1* : 3,90€ to 5,90€
  • Zone 2** : 4,90€ to 14,90€
  • Zone3*** : 4,90€ to 14,90€


At check out you can select if you want an insurance on your order or not. The price will be calculated automatically according to the amount of the order.

Price range for insurance is:

  • Spain : 2.90€ in €50 increments
  • Rest of the world: 2.90€ in €50 increments


Once you order, it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days.


The standard shipment is with tracking number but there is no insurance in case of loss. If you would like the shipment to be carried out with insurance please select the insurance option at check out.

I will not be responsible for delays or damaged caused by the shipping company.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends and public holidays.

When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Please be aware that shipping price does not include customs duties or charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. Customer is responsible for these expenses.

Please always check that the address given is valid and complete (surname, building code, floor…).

If the shipment has already been made, we are obliged to wait for your package to be returned to us before we can send it back to you at the correct address.

Don’t worry, all parcels are sent without price or invoice, and orders are gift-wrapped with beautiful packaging.


Store your jewelry individually and avoid exposing them to liquid and cosmetics. Extreme heat and humidity might cause gold plated jewelry to tarnish, keep your pieces in a dark, cool and dry place to avoid this.


Our best advice would be: wear your pair often (this helps lessen oxidation), and keep them in your Penny Pairs pouch when not in use.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt of your order. Send me a message at, specifying your order number and the reason for the exchange.



Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage. The return costs will be at your expense and must be done by letter or parcel with tracking number in order to follow the traceability of the package. Refunds will be made once the parcel has been received.


I cannot accept returns on worn, used or damaged items and on customised made-to-order items.

All products must be returned in their entirety and in their original packaging though your national post office with a tracking number.


Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Reimbursement will be made once the parcel has been received.

Instruction for use

I try my best to offer anti-allergy jewelry by using steanless steel. However every skin is different, therefore if your skin is very sensitive, please consider carefully before purchasing.


I have a silver option available, just write me an email to get this made-to-order option.

Due to their nature jewels as objects including beading must be handled with care.

Jewelry must be removed before showering or bathing.

Machine washing is absolutely not recommended. For beaded objects, it is best to use a duster to remove dust or, if necessary, rub gently with a damp cloth/sponge.
